1. The offer will be valid for all Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit Cardholders and Sampath Bank American Express Platinum Ultramiles Credit Cardmembers.

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard & Visa Credit Card & Sampath Bank American Express Ultramiles Credit Card.

3. Offers are not valid for corporate events/functions.

4. Offer valid only for food and up to a maximum bill value of Rs.30,000/- per Cardholder.

5. Discount will not be applicable on alcohol and tobacco products.

6. Offers cannot be combined with any other existing offers.

7. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Partner and any claim by the Cardholder against the Partner will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

8. Spending made under the above promotion will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultramiles & Ultra Rewards Loyalty points.

9. The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank & 80 Club of Colombo shall apply.

10. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
