1. The offer will be valid only for all Sampath Bank American Express® Platinum Ultramiles and American Express® Everyday Credit Cardmembers.

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Bank American Express® Platinum Ultramiles or American Express® Everyday Credit Card.

3. The offer is open to all individuals holding a valid Amex Credit Card issued in their name.

4. Offers cannot be combined or clubbed with any other ongoing promotions. Each offer stands independently and is subject to its specific Terms and Conditions.

5. The offer is not valid for corporate events / functions.

6. American Express shall assume no responsibility for the quality of service/products provided.

7. American Express reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the Rules, Terms, and Conditions applicable to this offer at any given time without prior notice to Cardholders.

8. The offer cannot be combined with any other existing offer.

10. In the event of any dispute or difference the decision of American Express shall be final and conclusive.

11. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Merchants and any claim by the Cardholder against the Merchants will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

12. The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank and American Express shall apply.

13. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.

14. The Bank reserves the right to amend/withdraw this offer at its sole discretion
