1. The offer will be only valid for all Sampath Mastercard Credit and Debit Cardholders.

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard Credit or Debit Cards.

3. The offer is open to all individuals holding a valid Mastercard debit or credit card issued in their name.

4. The cardholder must use their Mastercard Debit or Credit Card to make the booking and payment to avail the offer.

5. All bookings to be made only by way of calling the central reservations or sending an e-mail to reservations.

6. Bookings must be made directly through the hotel's reservation line and offer can be claimed at the check-in.

7. Mention the Promo Code to avail the offer.

8. The Villas’ standard booking, payment and cancellation policy will be applicable.

9. Full payment must be made at the time of booking using the eligible Mastercard Credit or Debit Card.

10. Cardholder must be present at the duration of booked stay period for the offer to be valid.

11. Offers cannot be combined or clubbed with any other ongoing promotions. Each offer stands independently and is subject to its specific Terms and Conditions

12. The offer is not valid for corporate events / functions.

13. Offer is non refundable and no date change is allowed.

14. Mastercard shall assume no responsibility for the quality of service/products provided.

15. Mastercard reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the Rules, Terms, and Conditions applicable to this offer at any given time without prior notice to Cardholders.

16. The offer cannot be combined with any other existing offer.

17. In the event of any dispute or difference the decision of Mastercard shall be final and conclusive.

18. The general credit card Terms & Conditions of Mastercard shall apply to this offer.

19. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Hotel and any claim by the Cardholder against the Hotel will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

20. The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank and Hotel shall apply.

21. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.

22. The Bank reserves the right to amend/withdraw this offer at its sole discretion.
