1. The offer will be only valid for all Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit Cardholders and Sampath Bank American Express® Platinum Ultramiles Credit Card members.

2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit or Sampath Bank American Express® Platinum Ultramiles Credit Card.

3. Rates are valid on DBL/TPL Room only and BB Basis in accordance with the standard policy of the Hotel.

4. Blackout periods will apply where applicable.

5. Offer extended only for direct bookings made via www.cinnamonhotels.com.

6. 100% of the booking fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled two days prior to check-in.

7. Reservations are non-transferable.

8. Cardholder is required to submit the credit card & a valid NIC/passport upon arrival at the Hotel for verification purposes, otherwise the Best Available Rate of the day will be applied.

9. Reservations will be confirmed subject to availability.

10. Offer will not be applicable on upgrades, extras and supplements.

11. The offer is not valid for corporate events / functions.

12. The offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.

13. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to the same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Hotels and any claim by the Cardholder against the Hotels will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.

14. Expenditure made under above promotion will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultramiles & Ultra Rewards loyalty points.

15. The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank and Partner Hotel shall apply.

16. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.

17. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.

18. The Bank reserves the right to amend/withdraw this offer at its sole discretion
